1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using HoloxyRust (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

HoloxyRust provides tools to manage Rust game servers, including map voting, wipe automation, backups, monitoring, plugin and template management, and integrations with third-party services such as Discord, Steam, Pterodactyl and RustMaps.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You must keep your credentials and any connected API keys or tokens confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, or use it to violate the rules of any connected platform (e.g. Discord, Steam, Facepunch / Rust) or applicable law.

5. Third-party integrations

When you connect third-party services, you authorize HoloxyRust to act on your behalf within the scope you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Connected secrets are encrypted at rest and never displayed back to you after being saved.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed per the pricing shown at signup. You can review current plans on the pricing section. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoloxyRust is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from misconfiguration of automated actions such as wipes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service and other users.
