1. Information we collect
- Account data: email, name, and (for password accounts) a securely hashed password.
- Authentication data: if you sign in with Discord, your Discord ID, username and verified email.
- Operational data: servers, votes, wipe schedules, logs and settings you create.
- Integration secrets: API keys/tokens you connect, stored encrypted at rest.
- Technical data: IP address and request metadata used for security and rate limiting.
2. How we use information
We use your data to provide and operate the Service, authenticate you, execute the automations you configure, secure the platform against abuse, and improve features. We do not sell your personal data.
3. How we protect it
- Passwords are hashed; we never store them in plaintext.
- Connected secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never shown again after saving.
- Access to your servers and data is scoped to your account and the team members you authorize.
4. Third parties
When you connect Discord, Steam, Pterodactyl or RustMaps, data necessary to operate those integrations is shared with them under their respective privacy policies. We share data with infrastructure providers only as needed to run the Service.
5. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during Discord sign-in for security (CSRF protection). We do not use advertising cookies.
